Note that the transaction is correctly viewed in the block explorer on the source chain side (Osmosis). However, for some reason (currently under investigation), it is often missed on the Sifchain block explorer (either http://ping.pub/sifchain or http://atomscan.com/sifchain ). While this can be confusing, the transaction successfully goes through and funds are available on Sifchain.
